This is a three-level memorial with a garden on the top and a private area for families of the victims at the tower footprints that is connected by a path and a stream of water. There is also a public area filled with lights, one for each victim. David lives in Paris. He is a professor of architecture who has taught at Harvard and Columbia and who designs private homes and gardens. His assistants, Corriel and Kmetovic, are architectural students.
